The Hotel was in perfect location. The in-room fridge & micro was really nice. The bathroom may need renovation due to the mini tiles; It looks outdated. A larger tile size would be more suitable or laminated hardwood. ...read more

An outdated, inconveniently placed hotel with very smelly rooms. Pool is dank in a basement with no natural light with paint peeling from the walls.

This hotel is suitable for business travelers.

We were pleasantly surprised to find such a great hotel at this location. It is situated on a very busy highway, right beside the sky train depot, but there was very little noise heard inside the hotel. This is a terrible area. Parking was behind building and very scary. was approached a couple of times by scary hooded young men. Stayed in my car and drove away! The rooms smelled. Very, very noisy. Our room was in the front of the hotel and a main road ran by. We thought the windows were opened when we got in because it was so noisy. Traffic never let up! Lots of young punky looking kids hanging around the hotel parking lot because the main skytrain pick up and drop off next door. Did not feel safe walking around at all! When driving up to the Days Inn surrey I was so pleasantly surprised. It is a beautiful modern 6 story building. I was expecting a little motel and this is definitely a hotel. I had my 2 little dogs and my teenage daughter. The front staff greeted me and had my card waiting for me to check in. We didn't see much of the hotel but our room was nice in size and clean.
